| a) | Pueblo Bonito Black Diamond will from time to time conduct special promotions to incentivize select groups of Subscribers to purchase Subscription renewals and/or Subscriptions with longer terms ("Upgrade"). This section pertains to such special promotions only. |
| b) | Lifetime Plus Promotion: Lifetime Plus is a temporary Subscription benefit for all Subscribers purchasing a lifetime Subscription Upgrade. This allows the Subscriber access to special vacation offers that are offered at or below Pueblo Bonito Black Diamond cost. The offers will be made available each calendar quarter (or three (3) month period) during the initial 2 years from the Subscription Upgrade purchase. Upon receipt of the offers each quarter (which are pre-scheduled and delivered via e-mail) Subscribers have up to five (5) calendar days to make a reservation, subject to prior sell-out. These offers are posted on the website along with a calendar of the release dates. |
| c) | Five Hundred Dollar Week Deposit Promotion: This promotion allows Subscribers to deposit a week of their Vacation Ownership with Pueblo Bonito Black Diamond and receive $500 in Vacation Cash. This is a single use offer only. The offer is valid only during first year of the Subscription. The Vacation Ownership deposit must be from an Pueblo Bonito Black Diamond affiliated resort with a check-in date of more than 6-months in the future. The $500 Vacation cash can be used for any Cruise, Tour, Air Travel, Hotel Reservation, or Resort Week rental. The Vacation Cash received under this promotion is treated as cash off the regular Pueblo Bonito Black Diamond Subscriber price and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount (e.g. points, exchange, etc.). The date of travel on the cruise, resort, or tour is not relevant as long as it's booked within the first calendar year of the Subscription Upgrade. Any Vacation Cash received under this promotion must be used with twelve (12) months of its issuance. |

The Vacation Ownership deposit must be from an Pueblo Bonito Black Diamond affiliated resort with a check-in date of more than six (6) months in the future. The $1,000 Vacation cash can be used for any Cruise, Tour, Air Travel, Hotel Reservation, or Resort Week rental. The Vacation Cash received under this promotion is treated as cash off the regular Pueblo Bonito Black Diamond Subscriber price and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount (e.g. points, exchange, etc.). The date of travel of the cruise, resort, or tour is not relevant as long as it's booked within the first calendar year of the Subscription Upgrade. The certificate must be redeemed and the cruise must be booked within the first twelve (12) months after the Subscription Upgrade purchase or within twelve (12) months of final payment if Subscribers finance their Subscription Upgrade purchase, whichever occurs later. The certificate will have an Activation Number and Authorization Code and the shopping and redemption website address is www.vacationredemptioncenter.com. Certificates issued under this promotion are redeemable only for the cruise fare. Port charges, government fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the redeemer at the time of booking. The certificate must be redeemed and the vacation must be booked within the first twelve (12) months after the Subscription Upgrade purchase or within twelve (12) months of final payment if Subscribers finance their Subscription Upgrade purchase, whichever occurs later. Share the Savings Promotion: By sharing the savings with you family and friends you are giving them access to your member benefits. Offer is only valid on qualified "friends and family" cruise cabins booked between April 1, 2011 and May 31, 2011. A qualified "friends and family" cruise cabin is constituted by one that is booked directly by the referral (friend or family member), NOT by member. Cabins that are booked by the member instead of the referral are ineligible for this promotion. Additionally, the Member Name and Member ID MUST be given at the time of booking and the cabin will be marked with this promotion. Promotion is not applicable on any prior bookings or bookings that are not identified with this promotion at time of booking. Following the booking of a qualified "friends and family" cabin, member will receive $100 vacation cash per cabin booked.
